I don't have a Cigarette Lighter in my car. 
Right now the Clever Elly is designed to work in a cigarette lighter port that most cars are equipped with. If your car does not have a cigarette lighter port, you would need to purchase an adapter cable to connect the Clever Elly device to your car, via USB port.
